Thankful for; Jesus Name Lighthouse

Here I go talking about posting everyday about something I am thankful for and I cannot even do that small task. So let me try and make up the last 5 days.
Being thankful is something we should always be and should take us further than these 30 days. But of course this has been hard for even me to come and sit at my computer and  post a daily praise report.
God forbid that there is no praise or thanksgiving in my heart. I am extremely thankful and give Him all praise and honor! Just this life alone (a life in HIM) is worthy of praise and I will forever be thankful!!

First of all Id like to say I'm extremely thankful for Jesus Name Lighthouse; the church our family attends at this time. It came into our lives at the most ugliest and worst time of our existence; lust, hate, depression, disgrace, shame, unforgiveness, hostility, and dispare.... We were in the deepest part of a pit that had no bottom. In the midst of our falling we were being  weakened, divided, and completely shattered into tiny little pieces that in no way could ever be put back together again. Our family was not going to survive this reduced state that we were becoming. Not in a matter of days but minutes upon the hour (for you see, I believe the enemy knew he only had a limited amount of time before an all out revival would take place. If were saved he knew we were going to me mightier than we've ever been in our life time serving Christ).
Pastor Champlain and his wife, Gayla, came to our rescue. I say rescue because everyone we were devoted to and loved with all our hearts turned their backs on us and left us to die. And in all reality that is OK because I really feel this deserting was in the will of my father. For you see this rescue in our lives came from a wonderful family and a beautiful church. They came to us, pulled us out of the pit as we were falling and gave us hope. They prayed for us our children and our home, there were many demons to fight and what a fight they gave... not for themselves but because they saw souls they once knew being destroyed by the destroyer himself. They knew we were not who we once were being deceived into believing lies upon lies of lust and pride; that we were no longer the true believers of the Cross as we once were.
It has been four years and four months since the time of our deliverance, and so much I am not typing here, that I am so thankful. Restoration, love, mercy, forgiveness, grace, peace, joy, power, anointing, healing and just plain revival has entered our lives thru Jesus Name Lighthouse. God used these ministers to reach out to our cause. Pastor's saying is 'Show the world Jesus' and that he did in tremendous ways, he has shown our family Jesus. He also says 'he is not building a church but leading souls to Heaven' and that is how he leads his church; thru strong preaching, accountability, love and repentance, forgiveness, restoration and mercy; because what is important is to make heaven our home!!
I don't know where we would be today, November 6, 2011 if it had not been for this Pastor and his church. I will be forever grateful and thankful for all the work God has done in us thru JNL.
No, we have not attained all that needs to be obtained, for we are a work in progress. We will not reach our fulfillment until we reach our glorious Heaven!
Thank you Jesus Name Lighthouse for not letting us stay in the gutter of dispare and dieing in our sins, but bringing us before a loving God torn and in ruin for Him to bring to the perfection of His will.

"And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
Romans 12:2 KJV

What GIANT are you afraid of??

"David said moreover, The LORD that delivered me out of the paw of the lion, and out of the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said unto David, Go, and the LORD be with thee." 1 Samuel 17:37

David has faith that the LORD will bring him through whatever problem comes his way. The faith of a child slay a giant?? Yes, the faith of a child can slay a giant, DID slay a giant and bring down mountains as big as giants!!
We seem to always let the little things get us down or even what we think is a big. But don't you think it is time to renew our childlike faith. Look giants in the eye, with the LORD on our side, and take them on one by one... YES! I think it is high time!!

I have to admit, my faith has wavered some during these transitions in my families life. We have encountered some struggles during the last few months. Putting our faith further out than we have ever done in our entire walk with God. We felt the unction and knew God was speaking to us. He is about to show us (as He's done so many times before *the paw of the lion and the paw of the bear*) one miracle after another.

GIANT, I COME TO YOU IN THE NAME OF THE LORD!!

Our Tesimony♥

Where do I begin??

On Monday, July 18, 2011 I lost my job to unforeseen matters. It was very disturbing and very sad. My husband has been unemployed for 1yr and 6mnths. It has been a trying year. But as God's Word says;

“And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.”
Phil 4:19

And He has, God has taken very good care of us.

"I have set the LORD always before me; Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved"
Psalm 16:8 NKJV

My husband received his last check for temporary disability on the 15th of July, 2011. He received two job leads and began to pursue them with every ounce of energy he had. He knew we were not going to survive on my income alone.

[[before ALL this, in January, he was released from the Dr. care and had begun to look for work. No such luck (if there is such thing)... It was very discouraging and disheartening. We/I tried to stay upbeat, for I knew the Lord would not leave us nor forsake us. But it was really bothering my husband. He didn't lose faith but he became very discouraged.
He stop looking...
Then an infection attacked a sore on the bottom of his foot (he is diabetic) It was ugly, scary and surreal. Was this really happening to us?? No longer a job being the main issue... We needed immediate intervention at this point. This posed one problem, He so thought. We had no medical since he was laid off in July 2010. I was not wavered, I almost forcibly made him go to the hospital ;) then it all became history (read story here) to the Glory of God! Danny was in the hospital for 8 weeks and I was still employed at the school I taught. I don't bring in very much but, like I said before, God was in all of this.]]

This last weekend the day after my husband received his last check and before my unforeseen Monday. I was cleaning his wound (we are still taking care of this under his foot, It's not completely closed as of yet) and it seemed like it was getting bigger, again! Then I began to feel myself crumble from the inside out. I started to cry uncontrollably :( He sat up and grabbed me by my arms and said everything was going to be alright. His foot really needs to see a Dr but when there is no medical you put all your trust in Jesus. You need to see this: if his foot doesn't heal completely and it becomes worse, a job would not be in his future... And my job in no ways could support our family! Which means we could lose our home and so here we go thinking these horrible thoughts. He still continued to pursue these two job leads.

Well, Monday comes along and our school was abruptly closed, I involuntarily lost my job... [[click this link to see why]] So I have to say, I began to get a little disturbed... I didn't doubt, I know the Lord was in this, I didn't really know how to feel.. I was feeling quite numb. Any crumbling or doubts I had before began to turn to peace... PEACE?? Yes, even my daughter came to us and said, "mommy I'm not worried about you and daddy being unemployed, I think it's going to be alright. I feel good about this"
GLORY!! SO DID WE!!

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.
Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way
and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging...
The LORD Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.
Psalm 46:1-3,7

I know this makes no since to the mind, but in God makes all the since in the world. Danny received two phone calls during all this time, one job was 5 states away and the other was 1 state away. The next day, Tuesday, we headed up to Sparks NV. He was only going to accept this job if they could meet our needs (financially) Me, my daughter and our youngest son Julian took the 2.6 hr drive up the mountain. We ended up coming home without my husband, for now he was an employee of Star logistics. God, our mighty God took care of all that mattered, all our needs and continues to work, beyond our understanding... I am prepared to proclaim more of our testimony to the Glory Of Our GOD!!

This is our testimony!

HIS healing mercies

O LORD my God, I cried out to You, And You healed me.
Psalms 30:2 NKJV

The love and hero of my life
(beside Jesus Christ who has saved me from the grips of hell)
Sharing my lunch time with him at the hospital.

My husband is diabetic and he had a blister on the bottom of his foot that never did heal :( He has neuropathy (a diseased condition of the nervous system) and did not feel or know the wound was under his foot. It soon became an open sore as big as a quarter. Instead of going to a Dr. (which he should of done) he began to treat and care for it at home; washing it, soaking it in healing herbs, bandaging it up, keeping it clean and so forth... He was able to get the hole down to the size of a bean. Then his foot began to swell and his leg began to hurt all the way up to his hip... :( not good!

We got into a heated discussion about him not going to the Dr... Later, realizing he was being selfish and proud asked Cynthia (our daughter) to take him to the emergency that evening. They admitted him and put him on antibiotics and insulin (because his sugar level was over 300) right away. The surgeon came in the next day to talk to him about surgery on his foot to remove the infection, which was causing the pain he was feeling and the swelling. He began to explain that if the infection was deep into the bone we would have to talk about amputation. We were heart stricken :'( Danny was scared... He shed tears and told me how sorry he was about many things because of his selfishness. We began to pray... I asked for prayer on FB, being connected with many prayer warriors and Holy Ghost filled women of God. We also called/txt friends and family and told our church family. Pastor and two other men went to the hospital and prayed for their brother...

Many were praying on his behalf..

I knew God was going to do what He does best and touch the broken hearted and heal the sick and make what was wrong into right :') They had to do an MRI before surgery just to see how deep the infection was... We and many were praying the infection was not in the bone. The next day as we anxiously waited for surgery and the results of the MRI the surgeon came in to Danny's room and began to tell us that there was NO SIGN of infection anywhere in the foot and he would be able to come home soon!!

*PRAISE JESUS*

Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! {2} Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: {3} Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, {4} Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies, Psalms 103:1-4 NKJV

We were praising Jesus, humbled by his tender mercies, and engulfed by his loving kindness.
After the Dr. left we didn't say anything but held each other for a very long time, thanking Jesus over and over for His goodness and grace. As the tears fell we knew we had just witnessed a miracle from God.

ONLY GOD

Danny is still in the hospital. His foot has become inflamed and swollen (worse than it looked before we took him in)... Did they look at the results right, did an infection developed over the weekend, what was happening?? Many questions were going through our mind, but we knew God had worked a miracle no matter how things looked on the outside. It looks like he will not be coming home anytime soon :(
A specialist for diabetic wounds, a Dr. and the surgeon came to see the ugly change that was happening to his foot... I began to think they needed to cut his foot and get the infection out quickly before it got to the bone... But there is NO INFECTION! The Dr.s refuse to cut into his foot on account that the results of an MRI and CAT scan both shows there is no infection in the foot. Surgery would only cause more damage because a cut/wound in a diabetics foot cannot heal easy and would be our greatest challenge to get his foot to heal right and without an infection, a very dangerous position for a diabetic to be in. To our human minds it can be very confusing; you're told one thing and you see another thing happening. I'm doing my best to trust in God for what HE has done and what HE is about to do...
All for the Glory of God!
The unknown can take you on a emotional roller coaster, but God can bring peace and comfort during times like these. It's just up to us who and how we will trust for this enormous change in our lives.

I just want to thank God for all who prayed, all who believe in the power of prayer and all who has shown us love and concern during this time. We all know that God, our healer, has done a work and will finish the work he has begun! Be encouraged today for whatever situation, circumstance or trial you may be encountering. The Bible tells us He will not sleep but will let us rest; in the comfort of His mercies.

My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.
He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber.
Psalm 121:3 NKJV

Let not your heart be troubled...
John 14:1

Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Matthew 11:28

HE will get all glory, honor and praise.

Children are a heritage from the LORD

 Nehemiah 12:43 NKJV
"Also that day they offered great sacrifices, and rejoiced, for God had made them rejoice with great joy; the women and the children also rejoiced, so that the joy of [Jesus Name Lighthouse] Jerusalem was heard afar off."

Matthew 19:13-15 NKJV
"Then little children were brought [forward] to Him that He might put His hands on them and pray... [But Jesus said], “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” And [we] He laid His hands on them..."

1 John 2:12 NKJV
I write to you, little children, [Because] your sins are forgiven you for His name’s sake.

Matthew 18:3-5 NKJV
"[HE] said, “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me."

Children are NOT the church of tomorrow but the church of TODAY!! They are the heartbeat of the church and know how to reach God better than some of us... Their worship and praise is genuine and comes from a pure heart. You need prayer? Ask a child to pray for you, you may be surprised at the outcome, their faith is sure and steadfast in the one they love; Jesus Christ!
There are no bounds in a child's love for God or toward anyone for that matter. We love our children at JNL and Praise God for the wonderful things HE is doing to and for them. I love Sundays like this when our children are brought forth and given the liberty to worship and reach heaven with all their little beings... It is the greatest gift of all. The Bible tells us to be as one of these with a humble spirit or we will not see the kingdom of heaven. Help me [us] Lord to be as a little child, in faith, worship, praise, love, and in receiving all that you have to offer.
"Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, The fruit of the womb is a reward."
Psalm 127:3

We had a glorious time at JNL this beautiful Sunday morning. Praising and Worshiping God was our morning service, indeed what a beautiful day in the Lord *sigh* Revival and touching souls is what matters in the church!!
"praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church[a] daily those who were being saved."
Acts 2:47 NKJV

God's Goodness

I haven't posted in a while and I apologize ,) I haven't forgotten, it just comes so fast that I cannot keep up.. What comes so fast you ask??? The goodness of the Lord.
He is gracious in all that He does and has consumed my life! How can I write of everything I see or everything I feel... or every tear that falls or every prayer I prayed...
God's goodness is never ending and In Him is all righteousness!

So my heart is FULL of God's goodness...

"...The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,"
Exodus 34:6b

"He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD."
Psalms 33:5

All you have to do is look around you and really see the goodness of the Lord. It is there to be taken and put in the deepest part of our hearts... to feast on, to breath, and lean on. God's goodness is there in abundance!! Seek Him today and allow the goodness of God to fill your lives for seeking good in our everyday lives will profit nothing. He is the one we need to seek... You will lack no good thing if you seek the Lord. He’ll take care of you

"The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him."
Lamentations 3:25

I know I'm rambling, but God has been sooo good to me I have to glorify and praise Him continually, for my life is not my own... He has shown me goodness thru His wonderful mercy and grace... I cannot tell it all!!

"For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee."
Psalms 86:5

Once you know God is good, it changes everything about your life. Then you realize the responsibility you have in His goodness. What is it you ask?? lol...
It is rejoicing in His goodness wherever you are – in your car, at work, at the grocery store, at the gym, in the midst of difficulty and prosperity.

My friend there is so much to say about the goodness of the Lord, but I need sleep *zzz*
I will be back soon! There is such revival in my life/heart, in our church and in the people of God.
Be blessed in the goodness of the lord, take refuge in HIM and be thankful and praise His name!!

"Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him."
Psalm 34:8

Revival countiues to burn in AZ...

♪♫ There's a new name...
written down in glory... ♫♪

I have to thank and give my God glory for what has transpired in many lives... Our Savior God has touched many lives since the death of my mother... She was always praying for her children and grand-children, that one day they would find truth and desire to walk with Christ in the way that she did...
A Holy Ghost, victorious, liberated life in Christ Jesus...
Sometimes it does take tragic episodes in our lives to bring us to a place of repentance. And the death of my mother was very hard for many of us to accept.... especially my sisters and their children that were not serving God or didn't really know who h
He was. For that matter they had no desire to know Him or to see what He was all about... but here we are, 2 years later, I would have never thought... it was such an impossibility but as the Lord works...
Luke 18:27 "And HE said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God."
Lives are being changed under the powerful move of the Holy Ghost!!!
*PRAISE BE THE NAME OF JESUS*
Tess is here getting ready to receive the name of Jesus on her life and wash all her sins away thru the power of the blood, as her husband, Yogi watches on and many of us who came to witness the wonderful time in her life...

Glory and praises to Jesus!!! He is the Savior of this world and brings liberty to the lost!!

A lot of my familia' was there to witness this great event...
God is touching lives and it just starts with ONE!!!

another young lady followed suit and decided this is what she wanted also...

Alex worshiping and praising her new heavenly Father from above!!!

My niece Tessia and my nephew Darrell (cousins)

We beat feet it down to AZ when we heard Tessia was going to be baptized, it was something we honestly didn't want to miss... I'm just so amazed at what our God is doing!
just to see my family in an Apostolic Church, raising Holy hands unto our Lord, crying tears of thanksgiving at an ole' fashioned Pentecostal alter and best of all speaking in tongues for the first time in their entire lives!!!

"Acts 10:47-48 "Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the holy ghost as well as we? And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord...."

I was overflowing with wonder from above! I was blessed with a feeling I cannot describe in all my walk with God! Seeing my family reach out and grasping the Truth of God's Word!! In it's truest form!!!

New Sunday School Buss

Our NEW Sunday School BUSS

Our Pastor has such a PASSION for souls that He had been in prayer for quite some time about many issues.
He has a heart for children, always has, he's very much a family man... very into the make-up of the family and the strength of the family core unit.
Well unbeknown to the church the Lord had been dealing with him on getting a church van... well we don't have the biggest church around our area and we don't have the richest, lol. As a matter of fact our church is in a store front and we are trusting and believing in God that He will help us to grow and take us to a larger place and take us to greater heights in HIM!!

Pastor came before the congregation and told us we were getting a new SSBuss 'In Jesus name' because we were going to start picking up SS children... We were so excited and could feel our Pastors passion coming from the pulpit. The only question was, where were we going to get the money and where were we going to find the buss??
With our Pastor, there were NO questions, whatever the Lord said the Lord would provide.
AND provide HE did... their was a family in the church that was moved by God very strongly,  just that afternoon to give the church $3000.00 out of pocket. They had been blessed with a surplus of monies and felt to bless the church with whatever was needed... They had NO IDEA what the Pastor was dealing with the week before about buying a buss for our church....When they heard our Pastor announce this they both stared at each other because they had just spoke about this just before the service.
they couldn't get to the Pastor quick enough after the service to tell him what had transpired just that afternoon!! The Pastor and the couple were in awe once again of the power of God and what He was doing in the midst of our church.

When you move upon the Lords bidding. He will move upon His promise!!!
Trust and believe in the voice of the Lord... Be in the work of the Lord and do His will and He will provide for the church and bring in the harvest...
REVIVAL saints!! Is here!! Let's be in REVIVAL!! Do not lose hope but trust in the power of His might!!

† A New Generation of Apostolics

*Jasmine*
I pray that this young couple that has found truth will not forget that there are little eyes now watching their every step. Danny and I are very thankful to God for what he is doing in the lives of these two people and there three young girls. This is Jasmine, their youngest, who is only two. They are just learning the things of God and what it is to pray and worship and sing in the house of God... What a wonderful way of life they are giving these little peeps just by choosing to start a new life of serving Christ... That is what Ashley told me... "Tia, I want to give my girls a chance at a good life, a life with Jesus."
Ashley, if your Nana could see you now and the choices you have made to follow after Christ, her heart would be so glad and full of peace. A new generations of Apostolics!!! Blessed Be the Name of the Lord!!!

As we had ONLY hoped!!!

In 1982, at the age of 15, I walked into a Pentecostal Church in Roseville, CA. Once I became saved, Baptized in the lovely name of Jesus Christ and being filled with His precious Holy Ghost... I knew it was the life for me. Not with out it's ups and downs, failures and disappointments, setbacks and discouragements... I never looked back. I began to pray for the salvation of my familia', because I knew it was the life we were all looking for that I had found!
Of course at that time Richard and Ashley were not born 'yet' and I was just a young girl on a road I had no idea that was set before me and how long It would be before I would see any result to the prayers of a young girl...

*Mary Camacho & Josie Flores*
My mother (on the right of the photo above) came to this lovely truth first. It was then I received my partner in crime to pray for my family in AZ ;) It was a blessed time! Of course we all know, in passed posts, that my mother has passed and is now with our wonderful Saviour. She was a BIG part in bringing the truth to her grand-daughter, Ashley and her little family.
These next few pictures are a beautiful testimony of a praying grandmother for her children. Mom I wish you were here to witness this beautiful event of two beautiful lives.

After their wonderful wedding on Friday night, the following Sunday these two precious young people were baptized in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ for the remission of all their sins!!
"Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.” Acts 2:38-39
Ashley was first... Its was so amazing to me to see one of my family worshiping in the Apostolic way... I honestly never thought this would ever happen in all my years... Lord, ME of little faith!! *THANK YOU JESUS*
Richard was after Ashley and He was deeply touched, as many of us were!!
What a new beginning to a new life!! This young couple has decided to follow Jesus and do the right thing, get married and raise their three little girls in the ways of the Lord the best that they can, bringing them to the house of God and teaching them about Jesus!!
*Bro Sies and Bro & Sis Wesson*
"And not only as we had hoped, but they first gave themselves to the Lord, and then to us by the will of God." 2 Corinthians 8:5
*Praise Be to God!! Our Precious Saviour!! Who Still Saves Souls TODAY!!!*

New Life brings REVIVAL♥

Because of New Life God had given these two lives, Richard and Ashley, they felt the urge to share what they had to their family and friends... so they asked the help of a couple in the church (Bro. & sis. Seise) to bring a Saturday service to their drive-way to reach those that would not come to the church. there were 14 in attendance the first service they had!!!
Praise God for two willing vessels to be used of God and to two new born babes to share the gospel of Jesus Christ to those around them...
Danny and I were very blessed to be in attendance on that very first service they had... they asked us to sing a special and we sang a couple songs in English and Spanish... We felt like Missionaries out in the field! It was so awesome!! We cried, prayed, preached, testified, sang, read the Word, and just rejoiced in Gods presence. It was the greatest day of our lives...
It was the beginning of a work started for Bro. and Sis Seise and the Church in Phoenix. We told them we would come and visit often and keep them in our prayers.
'God is SO good to those who are called according to His purpose'
*Blessed Be the Name of the Lord*
